Leadership Montana class members and alumni are invited to share leadership reflections, insights, and aspirations, through the magic of snail mail.
This package includes 20 stamped, addressed postcards, ready to write to 20 of your fellow alumni and class members. You will receive 4 each of 5 designs, featuring leadership quotes selected by the LMT team.
Optional add-on: additional unaddressed postcards to send to anyone you like (including postcard stamps!)

Participation is only open to Leadership Montana alumni and current class members. Here’s how it works:
Your will receive 20 postcards, stamped and addressed to 20 other participants.
Write your message* and pop the postcards in the mail.
Check your mailbox for 20 leadership insights headed your way!
You can get extra unaddressed postcards with stamps, to send to the other leaders in your circle.
The timeline:
Sign up by noon MST on Tuesday, January 21st.
We’ll send your packet of postcards by January 28th.
Write your messages and mail your postcards by February 8th.
Your mailbox will overflow with leadership wisdom soon after!
